Choose your favourite design and select digital artwork or a print. Upload three photos of your dog, add your selection to the basket and complete checkout. We’ll then create your artwork.

No instant preview is generated when you upload. After purchase, we create your artwork and send you a watermarked preview for approval before final delivery or printing.

Our design team takes great care to create artwork you’ll love. If your watermarked preview isn’t right for you, let us know before approving it and we’ll give you a full, no-quibble refund. Revisions aren’t included, so you can choose to approve your artwork or receive a refund.Once approved, we can’t offer refunds for a change of mind. If your physical print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please upload clear photos of the same dog: Show their whole body image so we can see their markings, legs and tail. Use original photos in good light, with your dog on their own. They don’t need to copy the pose in the artwork.

Your basket shows the design you’ve chosen, not your finished personalised artwork. We create your version with your dog after you complete your purchase.

Digital artwork is a high-resolution file you can have printed yourself; no physical print or frame is included. Our premium prints are produced and dispatched by a specialist fine-art print lab using archival inks and gallery-grade materials.

We’ll send your artwork for approval within 3 days. Digital files are sent on the day you approve your artwork. Printed artwork takes 7–10 working days after approval.

Yes, Both digital and physical artwork is available worldwide. Digital files are prepared at 300 DPI, measuring 24 × 36 inches or 36 × 24 inches depending on orientation. You can print locally or online, including at smaller sizes with the same proportions.
