WOW Black Edition creates minimalist black and white dog portraits, supplied as digital artwork and, where offered, optional physical prints.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following.

 

Orders & artwork

All WOW Black Edition pieces are created to order using images uploaded by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing clear, usable images.

Because each piece is personalised:

• Digital artwork is non-refundable once work has begun

• Physical prints are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Uploaded images

Images uploaded by customers are used solely to create their commissioned artwork.

We do not sell, reuse, or publish customer images without permission. We may request consent before sharing finished artwork for portfolio or promotional purposes.

 

Digital artwork usage

Digital files may be used for personal or commercial purposes, including printing, display, marketing, and promotional use.

Digital files may not be resold, redistributed as standalone artwork, or claimed as original authorship.

 

Physical prints

​

If a physical print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photographic evidence to resolve the issue.

 

Data & privacy

We collect only the information required to process orders and provide customer support, including names, contact details, order information, and uploaded images.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store card details.
