Will the artwork feature my own dog?
Yes. The dogs in our examples show the design you’re choosing. We personalise that design with your own dog, using your photos to capture their appearance and markings.
How do I order?
Choose your favourite design and select digital artwork or a print. Upload photos of your dog showing all their markings, add your selection to the basket and complete checkout. We’ll then create your artwork and send you a watermarked preview for approval within 3 days.
Will I see an instant preview when I upload?
No. Your artwork is created after purchase, so uploading your photos won’t generate an instant preview. Your basket will still show the example dog from your chosen design. We’ll send your personalised preview separately within 3 days before final delivery or printing.
What photos do I need to upload?
Please upload clear photos of the same dog: Show their whole body so we can see their markings.
Choose original photos taken in good light, with your dog on their own and clearly visible. They don’t need to copy the pose in the artwork. If we need additional photos, we’ll contact you before creating your portrait.
What’s the difference between digital artwork and a print?
Digital artwork is a high-resolution file you can have printed yourself or use in digital forms. No physical print or frame is included with a digital order.
Our premium physical prints are produced and dispatched by a specialist fine-art print lab using archival inks and gallery-grade materials, either framed or print only.
How long does my artwork take?
We’ll send your artwork for approval within 3 days. If you choose digital artwork, your final file is sent on the day you approve it. Printed artwork takes 7–10 working days after approval.
What if I don’t love my preview?
Our design team takes great care to create artwork you’ll love. If your watermarked preview isn’t right for you, let us know before approving it and we’ll give you a full, no-quibble refund. Revisions aren’t included, so you can choose to approve your artwork or receive a refund.
Once approved, we can’t offer refunds for a change of mind. If your physical print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I print my digital artwork myself?
Yes. Your artwork is supplied as a high-resolution file prepared at 300 DPI, measuring 24 × 36 inches for portrait designs or 36 × 24 inches for landscape designs. You can use a local print shop or an online printing service, and print at smaller sizes while keeping the same proportions.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes. we supply worldwide, physical or digital.
