    We offer unlimited revisions on your artwork draft before printing.

    Digital Products

    Because every portrait is personalised and made to order, digital files are non-refundable once delivered.

    Printed Products

    Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
    If something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll put it right immediately.

    We print and dispatch using a trusted specialist print partner.
    In rare cases where damage occurs in transit, we’ll organise a replacement at no cost to you.

    Bespoke Projects

    Bespoke commissions involve dedicated design time.
    Therefore, refunds are not available once design work has begun - but revisions are included until the artwork is approved.

    Order Changes & Cancellations

    Changes can be made before artwork creation starts.
    Once design work has begun, cancellations may incur a fee based on progress.
